Integrated Demand Offering (IDO)
The Integrated Demand Offering (IDO) provides customers with a wide array of solutions to meet their needs. This effort developed a future vision of the IDO. The project investigated recent trends in technology, the economy, and policy and regulation to identify the dimensions and characteristics of an IDO. An analytical framework was developed to assist the members in designing and evaluating impacts.
Innovative Approaches to DR, EE and DE Messaging
This effort investigated the innovative messaging approaches used by energy and non-energy companies as well as policy makers. The project developed case studies for key campaigns and identified leading practices. Guidelines for applying these practices to EE and DR programs were developed. |

Integrating the Value of Carbon into Demand Planning
The carbon project assessed the landscape of carbon legislation in the USA at the regional and federal level. The project included the development of a framework for integrating the value of carbon into EE, DR and DE options. We identified "white" and "Performance" certificates as alternative approaches for integrating carbon value into utility planning.
Evaluate Customer Attributes and Their Impact on DR and EE programs
This research evaluated how consumers choose EE and DR products and services, and the drivers of the consumer decision making process. THe project assessed how these attributes can impact program design and messaging, and identified the key aspects of visibility and leadership
